Outline/Build Management Tools for Use by the Sales Team

we will work with you to outline, build and implement the necessary management tools for use by your sales team

Outline/Build a Menu of Services & Service Pricing Packages

we will work with you to review and update your current list of services (as needed) OR outline and build a menu of services (as directed) for your team; as well as assist in building service pricing packages for use in your sales & marketing process

Outline/Build a Lead Nurturing & Sales Process

once sales qualified leads (SQLs) are generated by your marketing team, we will work with you to outline, build and implement a lead nurturing & sales process for use by your sales team to engage, convert and sign new clients

Review/Update Your Marketing Process

we will work with you to review and update your current marketing process (as needed) OR recommend a marketing process (as directed) for use by the your marketing team to help build strong relationships with ALL potential and current clients

Review/Update Your Marketing Assets

we will work with you to review and update the required marketing assets to facilitate the sales & marketing process designed to help you reach your desired growth goals (a budget for additional resources might need to be considered, but may not be required to reach the desired growth goals)

Conduct Bi-Weekly Strategy/Status Sessions

we will meet with you (as scheduled) a minimum of TWICE A MONTH (bi-monthly) to share reports, analyze efforts, brainstorm ideas, and plan new sales & marketing initiatives - these “sessions” will be conducted in both a virtual format, as well as in-person (as needed)

Conduct Bi-Weekly Working Sessions

we will meet with you (as scheduled) a minimum of TWICE A MONTH (bi-monthly) to discuss various agency development tasks and implement proven growth tactics - these “sessions” will be conducted in both a virtual format, as well as in-person (as needed)

Conduct Quarterly Planning Sessions

we will meet with you (as scheduled) at least QUARTERLY to discuss upcoming content themes, make adjustments, and add new tactics to ensure continued growth and overall success of the sales & marketing process - these “sessions” will be conducted in both a virtual format, as well as in-person (as needed)

Serve as Valued Team Member in an Active Sales Role

one of our consultants will be assigned to serve an active sales role within your team - this role as a valued team member and leadership position is responsible for nurturing and closing sales transactions, overseeing sales activities and providing coaching services to the organization with the help of your leadership team

Provide High Level Account Management

your assigned consultant will provide “high level” account management on behalf of your team by scheduling QUARTERLY “check-ins” with new accounts to determine alignment and ensure services are being delivered as agreed – your assigned consultant will also use this opportunity to seek out new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell current accounts
